Currently Frank "Ritmo" Garcia teaches and performs in the New York City area and also at out of town salsa congresses. Born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico; Frank "Ritmo" has a strong background as a musician and record producer, dating back to his High School years. His mambo training was with Razz M' Tazz and also the Eddie Torres Dance Studio. He has taught at various dance studios and now teaches independently.
