Veteran New York City On 2 instructor and performer "La Mambera" Glenda Heffer has performed & taught nationally and internationally with both the "Eddie Torres Dancers" and later in the team "Mambo D & La Mambera".  She has been in the On 2 New York salsa scene for close to 20 years.
