AMY TUAREZ

Amy Tuarez, Co-Director of Tumbao Dance Co., has taught dance for 8 years.  Her training includes Acting, Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Hip-Hop, African, Belly Dancing, Salsa, Cha Cha, and more.  Raised in NY and Ecuador, her character is full of determination, passion strength and heart, and her goal is to touch people through dance.  Amy's career spans Ecuador and NY, with performances with "La Trinchera", in Manta, Ecuador, "Addi-Tude Dancers", Israel Martinez's "Taino Productions", Queens College, The Parlour, Il Camponello, Club Cache, China Club and Club Vue.
